My agent with Kamehameha Realty was Stanley Shimabukuro. He was very professional, prompt, responsive, and easy to deal with. When I first moved in, he was very good about getting some minor fixes done that the apartment needed. When I moved out, he was understanding about a problem I had with a cleaning service I had hired, and found a reasonably-priced service to do the move-out cleaning for me. The checkout was fast, and my deposit refund came very quickly. I highly recommend Kamehameha Realty as a renter, and my guess is that they provide equally good service to owners, as well.
